Whole Beef


  • Includes about 350 pounds of meat
  • Recommended for large families with 2 adults and hungry kids
  • Will take up almost an entire large upright freezer
  • Whole beef cost is $2400, then you pay processing so it's cut exactly how you want, that is usually about $1200.
  • This includes various cuts of steaks, roasts, ribs, and burger.


Quarter Beef


  • Includes about 90-100 pounds of meat
  • Recommended for 1-2 adults and 2 kids
  • Will take up about a whole small chest freezer 
  • Quarter beef cost is $650, then you pay processing so it's cut exactly how you want, that's usually about $375.
  • This includes various cuts of steaks, roasts, and burger.


Whole Pork


  • Includes about 120 pounds of meat
  • Recommended for 2 adults with kids
  • Will take up about half a large upright freezer
  • Whole Pork cost is $800, then you pay processing so you get the cuts you want, that's usually about $350.
  • This includes various cuts of chops, roasts, bacon, and sausage.


Half Beef


  • Includes about 175 pounds of meat.
  • Recommended for 2 adults and 2-3 kids.
  • Will take up about half of an upright freezer
  • Half beef cost is $1250, then you pay processing so it's cut exactly how you want it, that's usually around $675.
  • This includes various cuts of steaks, roasts, ribs, and burger.


Eighth Beef


  • Includes about 65 pounds of meat
  • Recommended for a small family of 3
  • Will usually take up the entire upper portion of a fridge/freezer combo
  • Eighth beef cost is $450, then you pay processing so you get the cuts you want, that's usually about $225.
  • This includes various cuts of steaks, roasts, and burger.


Half Pork


  • Includes about 60 pounds of meat
  • Recommended for 1-2 adults with 1-2 kids
  • Will take up the entire freezer portion of a fridge/freezer combo.
  • Half Pork cost is $450, then you pay processing so you get the cuts you want, that's usually about $175.
  • This includes various cuts of chops, roasts, bacon, and sausage.
